Interesting solution to carrying and using SLR Cameras on the bike

This question crops up quite regularly – how do you carry your SLR while out on the bike, and still be able to access it to take photos
this looks interesting. Not sure how it will work with the shorter stems you find on MTBs, but I suppose it could loop down to the fork crown at the other end of the headtube
