    Enjoy picking the scheme. I had a custom Columbus SLX made for me about 30 years ago.

    Base coat was metallic white, then the lug areas were airbrushed over with flamboyant kingfisher blue, then a quick airbrush down the side of the main tubes, so the white lettering stood out. From the top, the tubes are white, then from the sides blue. Forks and rear triangle were chromed – this was a race bike and in and out of the car. The chrome is still perfect.
