As the title - how can I change the default music player? As a family we use Amazon Music but it really annoys me when I plug in my phone in the car and it defaults back to Apple Music every time. Thank you.

You can't, I've just deleted the apple music app, and it works sort of.
You cant make it just start playing what you were last listening too by clicking your headphones like you can with the apple app. It's fine though.
