We do eurocamp most years, most of the places have an inside bakery so that’s breakfast sorted.
Lunches we tend to be lazy and live off ice cream, lidl pre packed croque monsters, baguettes, sandwiches, or salads.
Evenings we do a mix of takeaway bits as most of the places have a pizzeria and a burger and chips place, and then simple cooking. As other have said spaghetti bolognese, chilli, risotto or paella, simple curry – all things you can do with a single pan for sauce and then do your rice or pasta without much hassle. The ovens are always awful, and make the place too hot being on for too long.
Every one we’ve ever had has had a bbq, normally a gas one which makes grilling a load of sausages, burgers, chops, steaks, kebabs nice and easy too
