    Soreen is the ride food of the gods. The little individually wrapped banana flavour ones are good for long rides (and don’t make me farty like real Soreen), though the amount of packaging is a bit daft.

    A bit of golden brown anyday over chemical shite imo.

    Oh and trusty water in bladder then trusty single malt of reasonably high quality in flask

    enjoying aldi chocolate chip brioche buns at the moment (they come individually wrapped which is useful) don’t think they are performance enhancing though 🙂
