    My old boss was sacked about 6 months after my exit interview.  He was the only person stupid enough to take the role, loads more hassle for a few quid extra.  Watching a failing manager was like a car crash in slow motion.

    I just fessed up in the interview, the guy was useless.

    Just decide if it suits you, I got to do one when leaving a previous job with a completely toxic and destructive boss and it helped protect colleagues I’d left there and played a part in her getting the bin, best hour’s work I ever did in that particular role I think.
