It's a cracker init? SIS wrote a footnote so explain that the "intelligence" was verifiably false. When the dossier was assembled, the footnote went missing. Just as likely to be an admin error (see Buttle/Tuttle of "Brazil") as a conspiracy IMO.

Nah, the guilty rich get off because they can employ the best lawyers to cast reasonable doubt. He might make it to court though and that would set a precedent wouldn't it? A "respected" western leader in court!
