I am holidaying in Delabole, Cornwall 1st week of August (and possibly also the last week). I am keen to take my bike and do some solo treks.
Can anyone with local knowledge recommend any decent riding areas.

I am beyond rubbish at navigating which is my only slight worry about heading out solo off road, that minor concern aside, all suggestions welcomed.

I am a keen 4x rider and BMX track fan, any suggestions for local tracks also welcomed.
