I'm changing the forks on my HT for some carbon Pace RC31s – it's only a temporary change so I don't want to mess around with the race (as I'd be likely to break it) so am thinking of getting an extra race, as that way I can swap between the two sets of forks with no hassle.

(Yes, I know £15 is a complete rip off for a race, but for me it's worth it for that lack of hassle.)

Anyway, my only worry is that on the review section on the CRC site, someone has said it doesn't fit pace forks properly?! Is this right or just a muppet who doesn't know what he's doing?

Mine fitted RC31's fine. They were '07 model forks if that makes any difference.

Thanks Anthony. I thought it sounded a bit unlikely, but always worth checking on STW! Don't know what year my forks are (just bought them off here) but I'm sure it'll be fine. I'll get on and order it tomorrow then. Cheers!
