Can anyone recommend a tool with a deep recess? I have a set of wheels with centre lock discs that I need a cassette removal tool to take off. The tool I have is not deep enough to fit over the thru axle spacer bit thing.
Ice toolz one looks like it might do it, so if anyone has one and would be willing to measure the internal depth, that would be very useful.

thanks in advance

Can you not just pull the thru axle spacer out first?

I thought so, but it seems its maybe not a spacer and is fixed? Not sure but it wouldn't move. Novatech hubs if that helps.

I use the Shimano one with a central 'pin' from Wiggle.

Edit: THIS ONE

I can have a look at what brand my tool is and let you know later, if I remember. The Icetoolz ones seem to fit, going off reviews on Amazon.

I do remember feeling aggrieved at having to buy my third lockring tool as none of the older ones would fit.

that's the one I have, its not deep enough to engage the lock ring. It gets stopped by the end cap thing.

You can remove the spacer easily, but you have to remove the disc lockring first...

I bought this one for that very reason. With the added bonus of it being 2 tools in one
