I’m sure I read somewhere that certain types of food groups accumulate in different areas of the body? It was an article about eating the right foods to develop a six-pack – basically you just avoid the ones that accumulate on your mid-section.
On the same principle, losing moobs, may be as simple as identifying the food groups which automatically gravitate – not sure if that’s quite the right word, but it’ll do – to the chest area and eliminate them from your diet.
This isn’t the same as just eating less, it’s a lot more scientific, I think. Or that’s what the article I remember reading said anyway. Worth a look and certainly a lot easier and less painful than over exercising, which could be dangerous, and starving yourself.
I’ll post back if I can find the original article as I reckon it could help a lot of posters on here. Is this partly how the iDave diet works?
