I'm looking at Microshift 2x9 with wide range cassette, flat bar for a touring bike

Does anyone have this at all?

Im interested in experiences.

I have 2x10 on a gravel bike that isn't far from a tourer. 38 26 up front 36 11 out back. If i was really going to tour id have a 24 up front. It works really well for me. A mate has something similar in 2x9. I think his bottom gear is 32 40. His casette would feel like it had a few bigger jumps but i'd cope

No microshift experience, but i put a 9sd Shimano XT 34-11 on my road bike (53/39) with a suntour derailleur extender to cope with the bigger range. Works very well.
