Just went through the checkout process, got through to the secure code thingy, typed it in and went back to an empty basket. No on screen or email confirmation, just an empty basket page, nothing in order history either.
So assumed I must have clicked exit without completing the transaction or something, added items back to basket, went through process again. Same.
So now either I haven't placed an order or infact even more stupidly I've placed 2 exactly the same ones...
Anyone else having trouble?
I ordered some bits yesterday and there were no problems. They've already been dispatched too. Good times.
Had the same thing Friday, to the point where I phoned them to check what the deal was. I didn't get to the bottom of why nothing showed up in 'previous orders', but was told that they'd received & processed the order for dispatch on Monday.
Edit: just had a look and it does appear now.
i ordered some stuff on friday, no sign of it anywhere (purchase history)...
First time I ordered with them it did this, but apparently it just takes a while to show up.
Think mine appeared after a couple of hours.
Yes, at about lunch time, went through ok. got the emails etc
