i had an ARC for a while. it was too big for me... but anyway, bloody quick and nice to ride.
3 of my riding pals have them.They ride as good as they look.
I ride an ARC, I bought one that fits 😉 Fantastic hardtail - hadn't ridden one for years but absolutely love it.
Have a nice ARC which i bought after having full-suss only for years. Fantastic hardtail, it's getting long in the tooth now but i couldn't part with it... 🙂

I think i'm fairly sold on the idea of either frame (the cortez looks a better shape) but i'm just worried that i may have gotten used to the sturdiness of my steel frame, and that i would very quickly damage a lightweight Alu frame. Mostly wheels on the ground, but not afraid to get loose round corners or go off the beaten track.
What does it take to damage a 3.5lb aluminium frame?
