Anyone know the size of a frame box? (one that frame and fork may come in but no wheels?
Hermes have just returned a parcel as it was too long!
I've never had two the same size, tbh.
I did try and post one that a lot of the companies on parcelmonkey and parcel2go wouldn;t handle though.
They could be rejecting on one dimension or the sum of all three.
Last one I posted was 120x60x25. Too big for Hermes. Parcel2go handled it contracting Yodel, but were utterly appalling in terms of customer care, failing to pick it up as agreed, and hiding behind the "we don't guarantee pickup dates" smallprint. If they fail to pichup it's up to the customer to rebook. Apparently. Not that I'm bitter. And breathe.
It shouldn't surprise you to know that there is no standard. I have on e here that is 118 x 47 x 19.
Last one I sent was via Parcelforce. I guessed at 120 x 50 x 20 and it was sent no problem
