Hi. Going to be an hour north of Andorra for the coming week. Plan to hit up Soldeu or Vallnord in that time – or both. We are more trail bike peoples, one on a hardtail. Anyone know these parks? We can and will do the less full on downhill tracks, but how are the more single track options in these places accessable from the uplifts? Twisty rooty great, steep is ok to an extent, jumps and drops fine up to trail bike level sort of thing. Any info appreciated.

have ridden vallnord and it was epic. full squish would be fully recommended though. some pretty full on stuff up there if you fancy it. the easier flow style trails are easy but quite bumpy, as all bike parks are. well worth a go. its epic. ride cg trail.

You could hire a bike from Commencal shop if it s not far away, think they have 3 in Andorra.

Looking at doing it myself next year as Commencal are only direct sellers with few outlets to try their bikes, so while in the area I could get to try a bike and visit a a bike park…

Vallnord has a couple of nice tracks, all doable on enduro bikes, The DH track is worth it just for a laugh in an OMG sort of way. Don’t ignore Soldeu though, it’s an immense amount of fun, and you can get plenty of runs in. The Reds are doable and fun on all sorts of bikes, and the trails have well sculpted jumps and features

Maybe drop Singletrack Safari an email if you want some advice, they operate in that area.
