Schwalbe Marathons have always been available in 650B. Nothing narrower afaik.
surely use can easily fit 700cc wheels and tyres in a 27.5 frame. I mean u can normally fit 700cc wheels to most 26" frames

650b is an old roadie size, still used quite a bit for those vertically challenged (my friend has a lovely carbon Cyfac with 650b wheels)
She runs Schwalbe ultremos on hers but I'm sure there will be other sizes available to order, if not off the shelf. Try one of the bigger roadie shops like Parker International
Think that's 650c (571mm bead seat diameter) on roadie type wheels, not 650b (which is 584mm)
