Used the YHA many times for cycling expeditions but I find the current iteration of the website impossible to use.
I have just been trying to book accommodation for an October trip but can't get it to cooperate at all. I put in hostel and dates I want but then can't put in how many people are going or make any choices about type of room etc. I have tried leaving it a day or two but  get the same results. Anybody any tips on how to actually make a booking?
I booked the other week, are you seeing something different to me? Pick your dates, location and number of people on the home page, select the hostel you want, then you can choose the different room options.
just used it this morning, to book 5 hostels on consecutive nights.  no problem.
I can get the hostel in and dates but it won't allow me to add people!
Seems to work just fine on my iPhone. Including adding people. Including children

edit - are you adding children? You are remembering to declare their ages and then click apply, right?
