My son xbox one s wont find his headset .
Tried the headset on laptop and it is working fine .
Different headset also tried and not found on xbox .
All settings seem to be ok .
The headset was working fine at first , but when xbox restarted the following day , not working .
any ideas ? thanks

2 of them .
it seems both controllers we tried were faulty . 3rd worked .

Check for firmware updates on the controllers.
Hard reboot the box (press and hold the power for a few seconds till the light goes out).

lots of issues with 3.5mm jack breaking inside controller on the net .
