I had a massive download recently which I presume was the Vietnam expansion pack but I can't find it anywhere. How do you turn it on?
Would it be unlocked with a VIP code?
I bought the game s/h so had no code to go with it.
I also have access to BBC2 on PS3 and the new maps appeared on that and then disappeared (new copy of the game this time).
What is going on?

Not sure about the Xbox platform, but there was recently a fair sized patch for the PC.
Amongst other things it put a link for Vietnam on the Main Menu which wasn't working last time I checked, I think it's due later this month...
