My opinion? A tragedy, it appears the man died from striking his head on the ground rather than the initial blow and of course we don't know anything else about how or why it happened and it has no bearing at all on the ethnicity of either man - a crime is a crime! Over to you, lets see if you can treat this issue with the same total lack of sensitivity and respect.

Interesting I'm guessing that Supertramp either has inside knowledge or is presuming that "delroy" is black due to his name? as previously mentioned no mention of race in article, but manslaughter is manslaughter no matter what race .. unless the offender includes race into the offence (but even then it can't be racially aggravated).

So they were trying to find the fella in the second link and have given a description of who they are looking for, the fact they gave the colour seems to be reasonable when giving a description, like saying someone only had one arm or blonde hair. Like it or not skin colour is a distinguishing feature, they often say the offender is white, middle age, male blah blah blah....
