I have just received a letter from my bank signed by my Collateral Team Manager. Does anyone know what one of those is? 😯
I had a bit of an upper and downer with my Relationship manager the other day, until I realsied that he was in fact my Bank Manager in old money.... I don't think telling him to mind his own business and "I'm getting plenty thanks" were the right answers..

Damage limitation sonny, Called looking after thier owna dn making sure what they do/did is correct, you on the other hand look like you've annoyed them to the point of your "new" BM doing something about it..

Very much doubt it they are different banks.
So why not damage limitation team manager?
