that the weatherpeople haven't got a ****ing clue what's going on at the moment. The only accurate forecasting at the moment is literally within the 2 hr range! Anybody got and better web sites than my usual go to ones? I appreciate it's a tricky game but right now I'd be handing out some p45's over at the met office web page!

And yes before the usual it's the UK, we're an island surrounded by water, it's only a "forecast" comments I could do with some reasonable forecasting for work purposes if nowt else!

You know what? Weather forecasting is quite difficult.

FWIW BBC was spot on here in Cardiff, to the hour.

Most accurate I use is Rain Alarm, and it's basically just showing you what's going on now. It's a little bit better than just looking out of the window as you can see the rain track for the last couple of hours and pretty much be certain it will hit you or not.

Fairly good for last minute "should I ride or not".

Raintoday.co.uk or a 'rain today' app which is not related and a bit worse.

East Mids Airport
and Met Office Rainfall Radar
Between the two I usually have a reasonable guess, although it's hit and miss at the moment
