[Closed] Worth going to A+E over this or waste of time?

I know it's not usually advisable to ask medical advice on the internet, but here we go! Fell off my bike (again!) on the local jump track today, about half 10 this morning. Landed fairly hard on my left shoulder/upper arm which has been a bit achey all day. Now it only really aches when my arms moved across my body, or sideways and back. Googling symptoms of a break/fracture seems to suggest that I should be in much more pain and have more swelling (currently not swollen/different to the other arm at all) so I dunno if I want to waste doctor's time by going A+E for an x-ray. Thoughts? Cheers :)

I'd probably be made redundant if we only treated tax payers

Shudders at the thought of visiting Manchester Royal Infirmary A&E again. **** thats rough there 😯

Well it's not really hurting loads today, the rest last night must've done it a load of good 🙂 Still slightly achey but not half as bad as it was before I went to bed. Will give it til tomorrow (which will be 48h) and if it still aches at all I'll probably take a trip to the doc's!
