Just been discussing homonyms, homophones, antonyms and synonyms with my 13 yr old son at the dinner table and started wondering which word has the most different meanings for one spelling and which word has the most meanings including homonyms and homophones. Any answers before I Google?

It's the long cold nights drawing in, we know how to live it up way up North here 😉

Interesting. I can't think of more than two meanings for 'rose' though.

Hadn't thought of rows, but when thinking about it, I discounted using rose to describe 'flower like features' such as ceiling rose as I felt it wasn't truly a different meaning...

Gosh I sound dull!

Brass robin

The list is endless!. What was the question again?
