I cheated. I knew the 2nd and 3rd letters, had 2 others so I put those 4 plus a wildcard into an anagram solver and the one word it came up with that fitted was the answer. I'd never have got it otherwise, spent all of breakfast time trying to solve it. Can normally get the answer in <5 minutes, but not with that one !
