just had a phone call from the mortgage broker to say that our application has gone through and an offer has gone out in the post yippee now i can move into my new as in brand new house in the new year and and its a VERY BIG AND it puts me right on top off my fav local trail 🙂

flat lands of essex(Colchester)irony is that the new house is built where part of the factory where i did my apprentiship use to be weird!
