I need to make up some glazing bars. In an ideal world it'd be a standard profile and I could use a window router bit set but I can't find one that matches. If I'm doing it in bits what's the best way to go about it (safely)? No table saw but I have a decent track saw and router table.

With a track saw the trick is keeping things stable - they’re no fun if the wood you are cutting is narrower than the track

you could make a jig / riser that your rail is set at the height of your stock and the bit you’re cutting slots in under the rail by the desired amount and then cut your two angled faces that way.

getting the piece your cutting to stay put would be annoying - you’d probably need to work with stock longer than your cut so that you can clamp both ends and plunge cut between the clamps. Potentially a fair bit of waste that way though

The rabbet for the glass can then be done on your router table

Can you cut the 34mm wide chamfer on your router table (would be a big-ish panel cutter)?

If so, you could form it on your router table: Take wide stock 23mm thick, chamfer each side (the 34mm) then groove both sides 7.5mm deep by  >13mm wide.

Rip the profile off the stock.

I'd router the rebate with the stock flat on a router table so you have maximum stability of the work piece. I'd then use something like a dovetail cutter to give you the angle you require, but I would have a female piece of timber after the route cutter which is the profile flipped 180 degrees. This will then keep the work piece stable and stop it tipping over. When you cut the final angle you would have 2 inverted pieces after the cutter which form a channel for the V shape so that it is supported on both sides.

Some might say that if you're inventive, you can make a ghetto table saw with a track saw.

I would never say that.

Be careful out there.
