How do you take your whisky/ey, with water or without. Does a splash of water help in some way?
Depends on the whisk(e)y.
With...definitely releases different flavours and mellows it.
Without the whisky.....but with a tea bag.
Nothing ... just plain whisky.
But when I am running low I add a bit of (room temperature) water ... 😆

With coke (although to be honest i only drink american whiskey)
Depends but rare for me to add any.
To me adding water looses the intensity from it, maybe I don't have a developed palate! Neat it is then
