care to explain why, with examples.

A quick search for your name and rugby (or anything remotely nationalistic to do with Wales, actually) will demonstrate that amply to anyone with half a brain cell. You appear to be one of the most ill tempered, bitter posters on this forum. As evidenced quite clearly by your attitude to anyone who dares mentions even a twinkle of positivity about English rugby. The fact you couldn't hold your temper last time resulted in you being banned on several occasions for hurling obscenities around. An unfortunate illiterate trait that doesn't seem to have changed

Or is it just that I called you a **** for being racist?

You might have to demonstrate how I'm a racist before you start justifying swearing again. Or was it that you just made it up based on the fact that I'm English, and therefore must be racist?

I really do hope it's just all for show and bravado on STW to make you feel 'worthy', and that people in real life don't have to put up with your attitude. If not, I pity you.

Oh zokes pack it in or indulge yourself in another way.

The minute A_A stops making things up and hurling asterisks at me, I shall.

Pity, as I've said before, if he could just manage his apparent debilitating deep-seated hatred better, I'm sure he'd be a much better person all round.

Zokes - leave it, it is getting boring.

some of the rules of the internet are don't believe everything you read on forums, don't get upset by what other people post etc.

AA is opinionated and passionate about Wales and Welsh rugby. He passionately dislikes England and their rugby team. That's his choice, he's obviously wrong of course, and we can easily discredit him anyway because of his unbending man love for all things orange!!!!!

Need to get more light hearted banter back to the thread and we will all be cheering for the same team soon anyway.

Well played Wales, you deserved victory. Why oh why can't you reproduce that form consistently? If you did then all the southern hemisphere sides would fear you.

Not suggesting London just pointing out how it happens.

So we need an easy to get to town with rail stations, road links and Rugby heritage.

What about one of the Premier club towns (ie Leicester, bath cardiff etc)? Or Amsterdam 😀

Zokes, I refer you to the rules of the thread 😀

2)PLEASE no individual arguments lasting more than a page;it gets tedious.

4) A-A is,for the sake of this thread, allowed to pick fault with his home nations players and coaches even after they have won the slam without losing a try.

Quite the opposite! And just for fun...

3)Ashton is,and always will be a Merchant Banker.

Duckman's crystal ball is on fire, who could have seen that being apt several months on 😆

Rushes out for a lottery ticke....damn!

Hamilton won't tour, he is immense in a game where you make teams play narrow channels,as much as it pains me to admit it, he is too slow for what I assume will be fast pitches. Where conversely Grey would excel.I think Kelly Brown will make the dirt trackers, dare I say it as a poss mid week skipper.Hogg also in with a shout of at least not booking ho;idays for a wee while yet.No other Scots, don't think Beattie is good/unbreakable enough

Bear.

In fairness that is one of Hamilton's special skills. And giving away stoopid penalties.

The funny thing is zokes on the last rugby thread you were racist and started being abusive. I called you a ****. You are a **** as far as i can tell. Yet again you have come on this thread and ruinied it. I havent read back to see what great insult someone made but it seems to just be you that gets some prissy. I talk about the rugby when england are crap i say they were crap same with wales, ireland and scotland.

You still havent come up with examples of my anti english views.

Ps you should not confuse me calling a spade a spade with an inability to hold my temper.

A strange about-face for the paper that broke the whole "clarification" issue.

Anyway...I am sure the Welsh will do the right thing and replay the game without the same front row just to make it fair...err and wingers...

Anyway, while we wait for that; when is it Hiney time again?

At least the English scored the only two trys in the game, even though they lost 🙂

Right, I'm off to buy shares in Barbour and Guinness in anticipation of the great STW Rugby Union meet-up...

Too bloody far

Too bloody cold

How about Auckland? That's neutral - might learn a thing or two about rugby there too 😉

Good evening.

So what was the decision - A A's house?

Lions centres eh? Mageechan's calling for form players only in the squad, so that's 36 and Roberts then?

I believe it is coached. Theres no real reason to be running in to a foot anyway- surely you would have to be very early in and be taking the man in the air...

Edit: just watched with sound, sorry for stating the obvious!

That's a sore one,and intentional.

Wife away on a course,so catching up with dozen or so super 40 (or whatever it is this year)Just watched Pocock go off with what we now know is a serious injury, not a bad reserve they had to bring on. I am delighted to see George Smith back at the Brumbies. (I mean Highlanders are still the greatest team in the world; fact)But Smith along with Back in the NH single-handedly ensured wee boys could still have a job in the pro game.

Off to Edinburgh v Ulster tonight, think it is going to be a bit on the chilly side. New coaches for Edinburgh and good to see Ross Rennie making his first start in months.

Not the strongest sides from either but hopefully get a decent match.

Edinburgh: G Tonks, L Jones, D Fife, B Atiga, T Brown, P Francis, S Kennedy; A Jacobsen, S Lawrie, W Nel, G Gilchrist, S Cox (cpt), S McInally, R Rennie, N Talei.

Replacements: R Ford, J Yapp, G Cross, P Parker, H Watson, R Rees, H Leonard, T Visser.

Ulster: J Payne, A Trimble, D Cave, S Olding, M Allen, P Jackson, P Marshall; T Court, R Herring, J Afoa, J Muller, L Stevenson, D Tuohy, M McComish, R Diack.

Replacements: N Annett, C Black, R Lutton, N Williams, A Birch, M Heaney, R Andrew, P Nelson.

Hope you enjoy it ijs but Ulster win!

TBH its the strongest side we can put out, injuries to Wallace, Marshall, Bowe, Pienaar, Henderson, Fez, Wilson and Henry as well as Gilroy and Best excluded due to the IRFU management programme. Watch out for Nick Williams if he comes off the bench, explosive power at its best! Ulster have been poor in their past three games so need a big performance. SUFTUM!
