why would a one week old fresh install of vista repeatedly lock up when running firefox? Just trying to figure out what may be the problem. It is in Safe mode and touch wood seems ok.....

any addins that upset vista.
try running normal mode but all addins disabled.

are you using zone alarm?
i had issues with compatibility,
but has been fine since un-installing it?
try a different internet browser?
like google chrome
