Not strange. You don't need to read the whole report, the meaty bits are in the newspapers etc. which he says he has read.

Fair enough, I'd just want to have read at least the summary if I were going to stand up on camera and put my opinion to it, thats all.

As he says, he doesn't like being the "spokes man" for the sport, but appears to resign himself to the fact that if you win the TDF, people are going to point a microphone on your face.

Looking at Wiggo in that video, his barber needs a P45.
