When I start up my pc (windows 7 on Hewlett Packard) I can access the net straight away and use that. However none of my desktop or taskbar icons are "live" and the little blue ring thingy just spins forever.
I have to log off or change user (ctl-alt-del) to get rid of stuck programmes and try again. It's ding my bonce in....any ideas?
