[Closed] Why are all videos playing back weirdly on my PC?

Vimeo, Youtube, doesn't matter whether I open them in Chrome or IE8; any video I open plays back all pixelated, eg.

Any ideas what's going wrong? Has just started happening 🙁

figured it out, 'tis my graphics card... I've been running it overclocked for months, no probs till now... switched it back to default settings and viola, videos work fine 🙂
