We all like to think that if needed we'd go all Chuck Norris on a rival...however, I'm guessing that there's a fair few on here that like me, haven't had a fight since high school and couldn't punch their way out of a paper bag!

One regular contributer backed up some macho postering by stating he had been an officer in the Scotish regiment, he seemed to believe that made him some kind of cross between chuck Norris and superman, everyone else thought it made him sound like a cross between a dog called foofoo carried around in the handbag of a blond socialite and the lead tambourine player in the girl guides band. IIRC surfmat was a pretty good kick boxer of some description- its not like he would have made up something like that.

out of all the STW folks I've met there are a couple that have that "speak softly carry a big stick" aura...if you're proper scary you don't need to get in anyone's face about it.
I'm a pacifist so I'd make clean my escape on my mechanical device with 2 wheels.
