I wondered the same thing, would love to see the risk assessment.
I can't see how getting a helicopter that low, near various structures and hanging lights/cables was ever considered a good idea, plus he was in there on his own with no spotter.
Still, I'm sure writing off £1m+ worth of Bell machinery has taught him a lesson.
