First, apologies for the boring thread. However; currently have a Panasonic digital cordless phone, and the callers seem to regularly complain that the sound quality is a bit rubbish.
So, want to replace it, but looking for some helpful input/pointers/advice, from experience, on what to get...?

Replace the batteries...sorted out the crappy call quality on our old BT cordless handsets.
