I would say delivery vans generally whether post office, private couriers or private companies delivering their own stuff. Drivers are not well paid so tend to be short term, no extra above a car licence requirements and set silly (I'm just guessing here) schedules to try and meet.
They certainly scare me most when I am cycling.
