Mrs nobeer is starting a blog, so I've been tasked with showing her how to get started (no laughing) anyhow, I've tried blogger but it doesn't seem to interact too well with the iPad? Any others to try?

I think there is an app for blogger it might work better using that rather than doing it via the browser
Wordpress.com has an app or you can use the regular site or a third party appl like blogsy.
Tried that, but it is still very clunky. It doesn't let me import images straight across from the album on the iPad for instance, I'd have to put them on Flickr first.
The photo import works fine on ipad here - check you have the up to date os/versions.
That could be the issue tworide, I've not updated to ios6 yet...
ios5 didn't support image uploads 🙁

There's a wordpress app which I've used in the past to review comments etc, but only ever drafted posts before completing them on the laptop.
Bus as mentioned above, you could just use the site directly to edit posts.
I know I should update, but I didn't want to lose google streetview. Oh well ho hum, done now.
