it sparks and gives out smoke and burning smell when I do full power on the trigger, ..half press on trigger is ok though. its a Bosch GSB 14.4 Li never have used this drill so much and I don't want to throw away 🙁
tried taking it apart yesterday looking for the brushes but failed to find it.

Bit too far then. My local merchants does tool hire but also does quality priced repairs. You really need a free estimate because sometimes they just aren't economical to repair.
