i need to get a handshake consolidated in a contract.

Is the value significant and do you stand to make/lose enough money to want to care about the detailed terms.

Yes.... Potential to make enough money to make a decent living.
I'll have to invest lots of time and some of my own money into it before I see any major returns.
Really want to secure myself from competition.
I trust the guy's handshake, but will feel much happier once things are in writing.
