Not used them myself.

Also don't forget Masson Mills has a good selection, just outside of Matlock Bath.

I'd recommend you start calling it whisky.

I've used Master Of Malt a good few times.

A decent website, good descriptions without too much waffle and not only amazing selection but they also do 'taster' bottles from a couple of £ upwards : gives you a really good idea of what it is you're buying. Thoroughly recommended.

(they're also local to me)

I'd recommend you start calling it whisky.

- Can I have some scotch please? I have money to spend.

- You must call it whisky

- Why? You know what I mean if I say scotch

- Yeah, but we are stuck right up our arses.

- OK then. I'll just take a blue WKD instead.

I've tended to use The Whisky Exchange in the past, they have an excellent selection with good descriptions and user reviews.

OK then - do you want scotch pies, scotch eggs or scotch tape?

Or are you perhaps after some weather - scotch mist?

I'll drink my whisky while you decide.

Who, ever, would read

Where to buy scotch on-line?

...and think that the person was after pies, eggs, tape or weather? Really?

Are they after some soup instead? Scotch broth?

I guess the only confusing alternate usage of the word 'scotch' would be when it refers to a scottish person.

I'll drink my whisky while you decide

...and you probably know that the proper stuff is whiskey.

+1 for Royal Mile. Dangerous place to go into when you don't have to drive anywhere for a couple of days.

I'm a big fan of a traditional scotch breakfast,2 paracetamol and a can of Irn Bru ,often consumed after a night of whisky drinking 🙂
