Trail far too eroded for more riding, this is irresponsible.

Not sure I agree with the old eroded not riding it side of things, that trail looks good to go to me.

I'd say peaks rather than Dales. Looks too green and flat for the Dales and the little picture shows two types of rock possibly grit and limestone, which would back up it being the peaks.

Descent from Hollins Cross into Castleton, however I'm not sure whether it's the bridleway. Cave Dale and Peveril Castle in the background.

The wooded area in the cleft in the hill (directly above rider's head) leads up to Peveril Castle, you can see the castle as a pale square building
Slightly to the left, the thin line of trees is Cave Dale
They've cleverly composed the shot to hide the Hope cement factory from view or it'd be obvious
