Can you suggest anywhere to buy some good quality kitchen knives. I was going to buy a global set from Costco for about £200 but only need two knives so thinking to,spend the same but get better knives. Cheers

the Global ones are pretty decent, but you could try Crocket's at the top of West Nile St or any of the big department stores.
