Yes we perhaps broke the rules and brought a fancy blue tooth speaker thingy, but camping, camping with my three faves. Cards, Dominoes, big communal walk to clean our teeth, none of the usual modern day hum drum. Stars out and a crisp (for august) night has seen us all tucked up chit chatting pre 11pm. Kids now 15 and 12 and truly cherishing these moments as a dad. Have a good weekend folks...

Sounds good. Surely there had to be whisky involved as well as the cards and tunes though?

We got back from our camping trip last week - I've gone soft though, so this is my camping option! [img] [/img]

This weekend I've got my sisters wife and her husband visiting us in London as have been continuing their education on malt whisky (Laphroaig was a big hit) and tomorrow we're taking them to do tourist stuff in Greenwich.

Just waking up in the tent after it rained all night and now have to pack up in the rain, the joys of camping 🙂

(It's still fun, just wet fun)

Can you clarify? Is your sister a bigamist, or is it her wife?

Er, I suspect there may have been some impact from the whisky when I posted that! Should of course have been "wife's sister and her husband"!
