[Closed] When a pirate says 'ooh arr', what's he really trying to tell you?

No idea, but this radio sketch about Pirates asking for a training day is worth a listen;

'is that a farmer or a pirate impression?

Both.

It's a west county accent/saying, that area being synonymous with both farming AND pirates.
