Only got insurance replacement experience with them..(sadly)
Had a few problems with stuff that was sent out, it was sorted no bother, WHEN I could get hold of the right person.
They are slower than a slow thing as well.
Ordered a couple of items before Christmas: quick dispatch, good price. I'd use them again.
I thought very good when sorting out an insurance bike through them. Mechanic didn't bother to fit the Di2 grommets thought.
took me more than 6 months of ringing uo everyday to get a warranty replacement frame (cracked zesty), someone only sorted it out when i said i was going though legal advice, do not use unless you have to like i did
I bought a bike from them last week, and it arrived a couple of days later.
I can't fault how it was prepped, and it needed no fettling.
