Hmm, I just had a look for Dead Cities, as I thought "can't possibly be better than Lifeforms." I haven't got it 🙁 Was that between Lifeforms and ISDN? Similar to either? Sure I remember owning it, perhaps it was my brothers though.

My favourite album would be Spirit Of Eden by Talk Talk. If my flat was in flames and I could only save one, that would be it. A more likely outcome would be me burning to death trying to save them all!

Hey CountZero, love that Stars album. Went to see them on that tour, selected at random only because I knew they were all in Broken Social Scene (who are also brilliant live). One of my favourite gigs ever...

Endtroducing - the king of continuity/incidental music. DJ Shadow must have made a publishing royalty fortune from that album.

My choice (it often changes)

Not original but for me it's got to be Stone Roses but then again unfinished monkey business by Ian Brown is also up there so what does that make me!!

Recent favourites are Elbow and also playing loads of Johnny Cash lately whilst riding

Some very good calls on here. A bit perplexed about any references to Mansun and the very odd one for AC/DCs Powerage (surely there are many better DC albums than that one?)

But may I suggest some early Sabbath (really anything with Ozzy on vocals). The new GnR album is cracking (no, really - I LOVE it. Suitably impressed here).

A bit of earlier Blur wouldn't go amiss either.

Black Sunday, Cypress Hill

Dr Dre, 2001

Early Genesis (with Gabriel on vocals)

Interpol, Antics

Iron Maiden, Iron Maiden and Killers

Any Zepellin

I could go on... 🙂
