A bottle of prosseco that we brought back from Venice in September with lunch. Then anything from Spiced Rum and Ginger beer, a choice of Belgian beer, some lovely red wines, Port and Aspalls Premier Cru!

Large mug of tea after a muddy, wet, ace CX ride. Been saving a couple of 'legend' from the May Hill Brewery. Currently my favourite ale. Only be 2 tho as Afan tomorrow and even from here it's going to be an early start.

I did pick up the port bottle this morning. It felt worryingly light. I blame the dog.

Hendricks' gin whilst I was preparing food, but there is now an open bottle of Aguma Syrah in front of me which is proving to be very agreeable.

So much for my vow to get a run in between preparing food and eating it. Tomorrow.

MrsBouys just made a cocktail ( I'd like to think she's invented it but probably not )

1/3 Grand Marnier
1/3 Gin
1/3 Lime Tonic
2shakes of Angus Bitters
1 slither of nectarine
Long twist of lime
Long twist of lemon.

We're calling it a St Clemants.

I could end up in a bit of a mess. I went to buy some beer but there was none I fancied...spied an offer on some Jack Daniels Honey even though I don't normally drink shorts. Just drank my first glass, it went down a bit too well too. 😀

The OH has scored a bottle of Grouse, a bottle of Grants, a bottle of Talisker, and a bottle of Laphroaig.

I shall offer to help with it 😀

Went for a wander around Avebury this afternoon, wet, windy and cold. So nice to retire to the Red Lion, a couple of packets of crisps and two pints of Old Speckled Hen, in a nice warm room. Mmmmmmm.

just gave the old man almost the last of my Kraken and it looks like a sober christmas/new year for me unless I can think of a good reason for cracking open a bottle from the nice stuff

Just finished a nice bottle of proseco. Unfortunately that means the next drink is green tea, then bed.
