Upside down on a bar, toes pointed to the sky, head pointed to the ground, hand at waist level, arms straight, hips pushed forward.
Its like the starting/end position for a inverted deadlift.
I can't remember the name of it.
inverted hang?
Sorry got distracted.
Thanks ff - its tricky to google something when you don't know whats it is called.
I've started playing around with them in the park when I saw some teens doing it - front leaver progression I'm guessing.
Not sure what muscles it works but hard is all I can say.

Yep, front lever progression is to hold it progressively with more lean forward; or try pulses (aka kip extensions).
Mainly abs, lats/pecs depending on the lean angle.
I do a lot of kip extensions myself.
